Balfour (British Prime Ministers of the 20th Century) - E.H.H. Green

I'm usually not a fan of short biographies, as I don't feel that they give me enough information to really understand the subject or to retain that understanding. Green's book may be an exception, though, as he is providing an interesting analysis of Arthur Balfour's position on tariff reform.
